Being hit from close range can cause bruising and may result in uncovered skin being broken.

No. The rules of the game are written down, our marshals give a 10 minute comprehensive safety brief prior to the games starting and these are reiterated throughout the day.
We have fully qualified first aide members of staff on site at all times who will deal with any potential injuries. Our risk assessments also have details of the nearest hospital and transport to this location is always available.

Yes. The paint is made up of bio degradable non toxic materials; this is a mixture of wax, polymers and pigments which is encased in a gelatine shell. Paintballs are actually safe to eat! (But this is not recommended :))
Layers of loose clothing and stout boots are recommended as the ground is fairly rugged and set in the outdoor environment. Remember we supply overalls during your day. Bring a spare set of clothes and footwear to get changed into at the end of the day.
